Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled prior to shipping only.
Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?
A return request can be made within 30 days for a refund (less shipping & handling) if fewer than 10 SimFid Lids™used. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the remaining product.

Can I reuse the SimFid Lid™?
While SimFid Lids™ can be placed and removed multiple times for storage of simulated IV fluids, each SimFid Lid™ can be spiked only once.
Do SimFid Lids™ work on all simulated IV fluid bags?
No. SimFid Lids™ are meant to fit over cylindrical, tube-like ports. They are not compatible with ports that are winged or flat.
